lockout services are provided by appointment and availability. By booking, the customer confirms they are the authorized owner or operator of the vehicle and consents to service. Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested as soon as possible. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a service fee if a technician has already been dispatched. Service availability and arrival times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or prior jobs. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in advance.
